1. Dust
When there is dust on the surface of the mesh, it can be removed with water or alkaline solution. For some grime with strong adhesion, it requires high pressure water or steam to clean.
2. Rusty spot
If there is rust stainless steel mesh, it indicating that the surface is seriously contaminated.Rust must be removed before further production
3. Scratch
The scratch can be removed by special polishing machine
4. Residual adhesive
When removing tape and protective paper, part of the adhesive maybe remain on the stainless steel mesh surface.If not hardened yet, it can be removed with an organic flux. Otherwise, mechanical cleaning with fine abrasives is required.
The stainless steel filter mesh need maintenance regularly, which will extend the service life.
